My mom's was actually chocolate cake with a mocha icing.

 

Not quite sure how the Beetlejuice sand worm reminded my wife of her pillow, but it did.

Genders?

Wohoo! Boys! We thought it was going to be a boy and a girl because of our last ultrasound...

...but we were obviously wrong. My wife and I have been joking about how we're going to have to hide this drawing so Baby A doesn't develop a complex and to prevent Baby B from teasing him about the size of his penis.

We've told all our family and friends and we can actually start to buy a few things now that we know the sexes.

Amanda is feeling a lot better than she did back in April.

I'm about two days behind in my journaling, so hopefully I'll have some other updates soon.

We stayed in and watched "Somethings Gotta Give." Jack Nicholson is insane. We're going to rent "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" soon.

I opened up my book at the end of the day today to draw something and found this...

My wife snuck down early this morning and drew this in my book! She's awesome!

Babies!!!

Here are a couple old drawings from when my mom took my wife and I to North Carolina to visit my cousin. Just got too lazy to post them until now.

I've seen lots of drawings like this on Urban Sketchers and wanted to give a fish-eye-inside-plane drawing a try.
