I wasn't a fan of tofu for a long time, but then I had it when it was cooked right. It makes all the difference in the world. It's one of my favorite foods now. Try the tofu at Noodle & Company. That's the best.
I love tofu! And I'm a big fan of guys cooking. Luckily, my hub loves cooking and is better at it than me. I still do the majority of cooking but I LOVE it when he cooks.
Did you use anything to spice the tofu? And how do you bake it? Do you slice it up? Sorry for the q's but I think I'd like to try that.
Oof... not a fan of tofu. But good job cooking, man.
