I ran a little less than 7 miles today, trying to get in shape for the Monster Dash 1/2 marathon I'll run in Chicago on Oct. 31st. I've been a runner for years. My wife thinks I'm crazy, but it's always been the best way for me to relax from the stresses of life.


  1. You are fortunate to have a way to release your stress... I admire people who run. I guess Yoga is more my style... slow, stretchy, strengthening and centering. Nice running pic... and Chicago is almost in my neck of the woods! Good luck with the marathon!

  2. Thanks for the well wishes. The race is on Halloween. I'll be in the Where's Waldo costume!
